Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order placement.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sale periods or high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Customers in metro cities may receive orders faster (5–7 days), while customers in remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times (7–9 days).
  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹199.
  • Orders below ₹49 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹49.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee of ₹30–50, shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order, as repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order's live status.
  • If you don't receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods (festive season, sales). We appreciate your patience during such times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we'll resolve it promptly.
